This is where we were yesterday afternoon.
We experienced sun, wind, clouds and even a little bit of rain. But best of all were able to see BYU totally dominate Wyoming. It was fun to be able to sing the fight song over and over again. For the most part the kids had fun. Matthew was hiding from the sun underneath the bench for most of the game and Katie joined in for a lot of it as well. They crawled out to eat the popcorn we bought before the last quarter.
I wanted to get a picture of us with Ty Detmer who was at the tailgate party. I figured that would put it over the top in favor of Utah. We didn't end up going over there. But he is carrying the Y flag at the front of the team.
This is at the end of the game when the crowd had cleared up. It was shady and very breezy up there at the top so it felt much better.
Oh, I didn't get a picture but we have wild sunflowers here too!

You got me with this one! That's definitely a major benefit of being in Utah. We're glad you're there so that when we have season tickets we'll have somebody to stay with. But just think, if you were here, you could come over on Sunday nights for meatloaf.
We LOVE visiting Kansas and Utah! It has been a fun two weekends. Maybe we should own a home in both places as well as California!!
Alyssa had so much fun at the game too!! My Dad and Brother were there as well, my brother has season tickets and so they had great seats...ooh...ahhh...not that it really matters, Alyssa enjoys her nosebleed section seats just as well! :) Go Cougars!!! :)
