We decided to celebrate Emma's birthday on Saturday this year. She was getting some presents that she wouldn't be able to play with on Sunday plus she decided she wanted to go to Village Inn for her birthday meal. John was able to come up on Friday until Saturday evening so it was great it have him here. Another plus was he was able to go to Julia's soccer game (she had yet to have other family members able to attend her games.) Emma's game was canceled because it was snowing at the time and the other team's coach was too scared of the cold.
Emma got several presents that she loves. WebKinz from Grandma and Grandpa Harrison, the movie Enchanted, which they are currently watching for the second time, a scooter, hula hoop and a lego set.

Happy Birthday to Emma! It sounds like she likes a lot of the same things as my kids. Hula hoops, scooters, webkinz pets. And I want to watch Enchanted so I'm trying to convince Charles that we should get it for the girls.
